It's VERY simple to make a screenshot; all you did is
1)click on the "Print Screen/SysRq" button on your keyboard. For Macs, it's Apple-Shift-3, or Command-Shift-3. On some labtops you may need to press the “Fn” key and then “Print Screen”. (What this does is basically copies the image on your screen)
2) Open paint/photoshop
3) Paste or click CTRL and V at the same time
4) Save the image
5) Upload it to a hosting site; like: TinyPic
6) You're done ! & would have a screenshot like this :
